SCOPE OF THIS CONTRACT:

This business support contract includes the following services only:

• Website maintenance (daily website backups, updates of WP & WP plug ins, content updates and scanning of hosting account for any malware)
• Hosting maintenance (renewal of plans and domains, daily back up
• Email accounts admin and assistance (creation / deletion of accounts and forwarders)
• Daily Facebook page monitoring (removal of any negative comments to preserve good page reputation, response to any inbox enquiries, deletion of phishing/hacking Facebook page messages)
• Google Business Profile (GBP) monitoring (maintenance, response to any enquiries, address & resolve any fake reviews with the Google business support team).

Anything else outside this scope will be charged on a time and materials basis @ $165/hr (discounted rate incl 25% contract discount)
